another slow cooker recipe Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
2 (10 ounce) cans enchilada sauce |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of onion soup, undiluted |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 (8 1/2 ounce) package flour tortillas, torn |
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. in a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink. 2. drain. 3. stir in enchilada sauce, soup and salt. 4. in a slow cooker, layer a third of the beef mixture, tortillas and cheese. 5. repeat the layers, twice. 6. cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours., or until heated through. |
