Chicken enchiladas Ingredients:
12 tortillas |
28 ounce enchilada sauce |
15 ounce whole kernel corn |
15 ounce black beans |
6 cups cheese |
3 cups chicken breasts |
Directions:
1. Grill 3 chicken breasts and shred 2. Dip tortilla in enchilada sauce 3. Add black beans, corn, chicken, and cheese to the tortilla and roll it up. 4. Place in a pan and repeat until pan is full or ingredients are used up. 5. Pour extra sauce, cheese, and chicken on top and place in oven for 45-60 minutes on 350. |
