Great dish for get togethers.. Ingredients:
1 tub of cream cheese spread |
1/4 cup sour cream |
1/4 cup of mayo |
2 large shallotts, finely chopped |
1 green, 1 yellow, 1 red pepper chopped |
1/2 cup chilli sauce |
250g cooked small salad shrimp (about 2 cups) |
1 cup mozza-cheddar cheese |
3 plum tomatoes, chopped |
Directions:
1. Mix cream cheese spread, sour cream, and mayo in medium bowl until well blended. Stir in Shallots, spread onto large serving platter; top with chilli sauce 2. Cover with layers of shrimp, shredded cheese, tomatoes and peppers 3. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.. 4. Serve with favorite crackers.. |
