My mom's favorite cheap, healthy, quick recipe. Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained |
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed |
2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans chili tomatoes |
1 1/2 cups frozen corn |
1 tablespoon chili seasoning mix |
hot sauce |
Directions:
1. Simmer together in a large saucepan until hot. |
