This is an empanada recipe. Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef |
1 onion, peeled and coarsely chopped |
5 garlic cloves, peeled and finely chopped |
1/8 cup cilantro |
1 hard-boiled egg, chopped |
1 teaspoon oil |
Directions:
1. Saute onions garlic and cilantro. Add Ground Beef. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add hard boiled egg. |
