This delicious peach crisp is named after my daughter because my mom made it the day I brought her home from the hospital. It has fond memories for me and a great taste that we have repeated many times since. Ingredients:
6 tablespoons sugar |
3 tablespoons flour |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg |
5 -6 peaches, peeled and sliced |
1/2 teaspoon almond extract |
1 cup packed brown sugar |
1 cup quick oats |
1/2 cup flour |
3 tablespoons margarine |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Slice peaches into greased casserole; add other ingredients and stir. 3. Stir topping ingredients together and sprinkle over peaches. 4. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes, until bubbly. |
