Vegetarian spanish rice Ingredients:
4 cups basmati rice, cooked |
1 medium onion, chopped and saute until soft |
2 cloves garlic, chopped and sauted |
1 can rotel tomatoes & chilies |
1 can chopped mild green chili (or you can use jalepeno if you are brave) |
Directions:
1. Toss ingrediets with rice. 2. Add salt and pepper to taste if desired. |
