Ingredients:
1 cup(s) evaporated milk |
1 clove(s) garlic, minced |
3/4 cup(s) green pepper, chopped |
1.5 pound(s) ground turkey |
1 cup(s) ketchup |
3/4 cup(s) rolled oats |
4 ounce(s) turkey bacon |
1 teaspoon(s) vegetable oil |
1 cup(s) yelloe onion chopped |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. In shkillet, cook bacon 4 minutes. Add onion and pepper. season with salt and pepper. Cook till soft 3 minutes. Add garlic. Cook one inute. Transfer to a large bowl, add oats and cool. 2. Add turkey, 1/2 t salt, 1/4 t pepper and stir to combine. Put in loaf pan. Cover with ketchup. Bake for 70 minutes. Cool 20 before slicing. |
