Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups cachaca (brazilian rum), or white rum |
3/4 cup pineapple juice |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 tablespoons simple syrup, (equal amounts sugar and water heated until sugar dissolves), cool |
3 cups crushed ice |
6 pineapple wedges, garnish |
Directions:
1. Combine rum, pineapple juice, lemon juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a cocktail glass over crushed ice. Garnish with pineapple wedge. |
