Emeril loves these and they are good for her. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour |
3/4 cup oats |
1/4 cup wheat germ |
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
1/4 cup honey |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 cup broth (chicken, beef or vegetable) |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. 2. Form into 1/2 balls and place on parchment. 3. lined cookie sheet. 4. Flatten with a fork. 5. Bake at 325 F for 15 to 20 minutes. |
