I don't know if this is the real Essence of Emeril , but it is a great spice mixture that can be used for all kinds of things. I actually found it sitting on the photocopy machine at work. Ingredients:
2 1/2 tablespoons paprika |
2 tablespoons salt |
2 tablespoons garlic powder |
1 tablespoon black pepper |
1 tablespoon onion powder |
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper |
1 tablespoon oregano |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
