Add some cooked chicken or ham and make it into a complete meal if you'd like. Ingredients:
3 cups cooked rice |
1 10oz package frozen chopped spinach-thawed and drained |
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
1 cup half and half |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. In a bowl,combine all ingredients. 2. Transfer to a greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. 3. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until heated through. 4. Serve hot. |
