Ingredients:
3 cups cooked rice |
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 ounces) |
1 cup half-and-half cream |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients. 2. Transfer to a greased 1 and 1/2 quarts baking dish. 3. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to end 35 minutes or until heated through. |
