This spiffed up rice side dish is so pretty and tasts so good! Great way to use up leftover rice. Ingredients:
3 cups cooked rice |
1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1 cup light cream |
1/4 cup chopped onion |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. 2. Put into a greased 1-1/2 qt casserole dish. 3. Cover and bake at 350* for 25 minutes. |
