Emily brought this dip to work and everyone loved it. Ingredients:
2 (18 ounce) cans corn |
2 (10 ounce) cans rotel tomatoes |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 cup sour cream |
1 onion |
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Drain corn. 2. Drain tomatoes. 3. Finely chop onion. 4. Mix together all ingredients. |
