Yep you guessed it......Peanut butter and banana Italianized. You can use Nutella to make it even more Italian. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons peanut butter |
1 banana, sliced |
1 teaspoon honey (optional) |
2 slices poundcake or 2 slices sponge cakes |
Directions:
1. Spread peanut butter on pound cake. 2. Add slice bananas and Honey. 3. Coat with melted butter and grill in skillet on med heat with a heavy pot on top for 3 to 4 minutes per side. 4. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired. |
