Lots of pumpkin and spice flavor. Elsie baked hers in tin cans. Ingredients:
1/2 cup corn oil |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
2 eggs |
1 cup pumpkin |
1/3 cup water |
1 3/4 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg |
1/2 teaspoon ginger |
1/2 teaspoon allspice |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
1 cup raisins |
nuts |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. 2. Grease pans/cans. 3. Fill 3/4 full. 4. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes. |
