Delicious ginger snaps from Elsie's recipe box. Ingredients:
1/2 cup margarine |
1 cup sugar |
1 egg |
4 tablespoons molasses |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 teaspoon ground ginger |
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
2 cups flour |
Directions:
1. Cream margerine, sugar and egg. 2. Add in dry ingredients. 3. Roll into balls and dip in sugar. 4. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes or until browned on edges. |
