Delicious ginger snaps from Elsie's recipe box.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
1 egg
4 tablespoons molasses
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups flour
Directions:
1. Cream margerine, sugar and egg.
2. Add in dry ingredients.
3. Roll into balls and dip in sugar.
4. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes or until browned on edges.
