This is an old family recipe that I got from my second cousin in West Florida (Bonifay) and it's sooo good!! Ingredients:
52 ounces catsup |
24 ounces mustard (optional) |
1 (9 ounce) bottle worcestershire sauce |
1 (9 ounce) bottle liquid smoke (optional) |
1 (16 ounce) box brown sugar |
1/2 cup butter |
4 cups water |
16 ounces barbecue sauce, kraft's honey |
Directions:
1. Mix catsup, water and mustard until well blended. Add other ingredients one at a time until all have been mixed. Cook on high until it comes to a full boil, stir constantly. Reduce heat until simmering and continue to cook for 1 hour. |
