Baked/coated pork chops Ingredients:
2 pork chops |
3/4 c. cornflakes |
2 tbsp all purpose flour |
1 tbsp dried oregano |
1/4 tsp cumin |
1/4 tsp pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 350, spray cassarole dish with cooking spray 2. Combine all dry ingredients crushing the cornflakes. 3. Blend together the 2 eggs (for dipping) 4. Drench pork chops in egg then drop into dry ingredients to coat, repeat once 5. Place coated porkchops in cassarole dish. Pour remaining egg over top of chops and bake. |
