Yummy Ingredients:
1 1/2 c sugar |
1/2 c butter |
1 13 oz can evaporated milk |
1 7 oz jar of marshmallow creme |
1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips |
1/2 tsp vanilla extract |
2 c walnuts |
Directions:
1. Lightly grease 9x2 pan 2. Heat sugar, butter, milk and marshmallow creme in heavy 3 qt saucepan over medium heat until mixture boils. 3. Stir mixture and boil for 5 minutes. 4. Add chocolate and vanilla extract. 5. Stirring until chips are melted and stir in walnuts 6. Immediately spread into prepared pan. 7. Refridgerate overnight 8. Cut into 1 in squares and store in tight container in fridg 9. For creamier fudge, let stand 1 hour at room temperature before serving. 10. Makes 4 lbs. |
