From The Grecian Plate. Ingredients:
1 cup black olives, pitted and chopped |
2 cups flour |
1 small onion, grated |
3/4 cup olive oil |
3/4 cup water |
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh mint, minced |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1 tablespoon baking powder |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients; mix well. 2. Bake in greased, floured muffin tins at 350 F for 40-45 minutes. |
