Southern Comfort & Pineapple drink, I'm posting this for the Election Eats Tag Game November 2008. I have revised this drink recipe following mama's review. She was right the original whiskey and pineapple was terrible. So... I changed it to southern comfort. Ingredients:
1 ounce southern comfort |
1 ounce pineapple juice |
1 dash lemon |
1 dash sugar |
Directions:
1. shake in a coctail shaker with ice, strain into a cocktail glass.
2. Drink before, during or after the election, depending on the outcome.
