A diffrent way to serve potatoes good enough to give to dinner guests Ingredients:
8 medium baked and grated potatoes |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
2 cans cream of brocolli or cream of asparagus or a mixture of both |
1 cup plain yogurt |
1/2 cup shredded cheddar |
2 cups corn flakes |
2 tsp olive oil |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven for 350 F 2. Mix first 5 ingredients together. 3. Crush 2 cups corn flakes, 4. add olive oil 5. sprinkle over the top. 6. Bake in a 9 x 13inch pan for 30 minutes. |
