Appetizers don't get much easier than this. I have used the flaked imatation crab, and it worked out fine. Ingredients:
48 large mushrooms |
2 cups fresh crabmeat |
1 (6 ounce) jar hollandaise sauce |
Directions:
1. Clean mushrooms and remove stems, reserving for another use. 2. Poach mushrooms by placing in boiling water and removing from heat. Cover and allow to stand 5 minutes. Remove mushrooms from water and pat dry. 3. Mix hollandaise an crabmeat. 4. Spoon mixture into mushroom caps, place in baking dish. 5. Broil until brown and bubbly. Serve warm. |
