An easy side dish for any meal that looks like you spent lots of time in preparation. My children always ask for seconds, and there are never any leftovers. Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) can whole kernel corn |
1 cup saltine crumbs |
1/3 cup diced celery |
1/4 cup chopped onion |
3/4 cup cheddar cheese (diced in small squares) |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 eggs (beaten) |
2 tablespoons melted butter |
1/4 teaspoon paprika |
1 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. 2. Pour into a vegetable oil sprayed casserole dish. 3. Bake at 350* for 50 minutes. |
