This combination of fruit and chicken is wonderful. Ingredients:
750 ml chicken, cooked and diced |
1 (540 ml) can pineapple, drained and in chunks |
500 ml strawberries, cut in half |
250 ml green seedless grapes |
250 ml celery, sliced |
125 ml mayonnaise |
5 ml salt |
2 ml ground ginger |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine chicken, fruit, and vegetables. 2. In a small bowl, mix mayonaise, salt, ginger, and pepper. Add this to chicken. 3. Toss gently and chill. |
