Just a few ingredients to make this wonderful dish! Ingredients:
1 lb chunked sirloin steak |
1 small onion, sliced |
1 -2 tablespoon butter |
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms |
1 can beef broth |
salt and pepper |
1 cup sour cream |
4 tablespoons cooking sherry |
Directions:
1. Brown beef and onion in butter. 2. Add mushrooms and broth; simmer until tender. 3. Season with salt and pepper. 4. Add sour cream and sherry gradually; simmer til well heated. 5. Serve over prepared egg noodles or rice. 6. Option: 2 tbsp. 7. flour plus 2 tbsp. 8. broth may be added to thicken sauce. 9. Option: 1 tsp. 10. garlic powder or 1/2 tsp. 11. dill weed. |
