Savory and cheesey easy appetizer Ingredients:
1pkg.98 oz.) cream cheese softened |
2 oz. feta cheese with basil and tomat or plain feta |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
30 mini phyllo shells(two 2.1 oz. pkgs.) |
prepared toppings,such as sun-dried tomato pesto,red pepper and artichoke tapenade,basil pesto and/or black olive spread. |
Directions:
1. Beat cream cheese,feta and garlic in small bowl with electric mixer at low speed until well blended. 2. Spoon about 11/2t cheese mixture into each shell. Top with 1/2t. desired topping. |
