From my recipe files. Uses dried elderberries. Ingredients:
1 cup sugar |
1/2 cup oleo |
1 cup milk |
1 egg |
1 teaspoon nutmeg |
1 1/2 cups flour |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
3/4 cup wheat germ |
3 tablespoons molasses |
1/2 cup dried elderberries |
Directions:
1. Cream sugar and oleo, add additional ingredients and mix until blended. 2. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes in a muffin pan. |
