From 365 Ways to Cook Pasta. Ingredients:
2 cups elbow macaroni |
4 tablespoons butter |
1 garlic clove, crushed |
1 pinch dried oregano |
1 pinch dried tarragon |
1/4 cup thinly sliced scallion |
1 tablespoon minced parsley |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water, about 12 minutes. Drain. 2. Meanwhile, melt butter in a small skillet. Stir in garlic, oregano, tarragon; saute 1 minute. 3. Off heat stir in scallion and parsley. Add the cooked pasta. 4. Toss and serve. |
