Elbow Salad
Ingredients:
1 lb. elbow macaroni
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. sugar
salt and pepper
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup sliced stuffed olives
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
Directions:
1. Cook elbows according to package directions; drain
2. In a large bowl, stir together mayonnaise, milk, vinegar and sugar
3. Add salt and pepper to taste
4. Add remaining ingredients; mix well
5. Cover; chill thoroughly
