Elbow Salad Ingredients:
1 lb. elbow macaroni |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
3 tbsp. milk |
2 tbsp. vinegar |
1/2 tsp. sugar |
salt and pepper |
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped |
1/2 cup chopped celery |
1/2 cup sliced stuffed olives |
1/3 cup finely chopped onion |
Directions:
1. Cook elbows according to package directions; drain 2. In a large bowl, stir together mayonnaise, milk, vinegar and sugar 3. Add salt and pepper to taste 4. Add remaining ingredients; mix well 5. Cover; chill thoroughly |
