Elbow Mac Pepperoni Pizza |

This is really a kid pleaser-my family loves it. It is fairly easy to make. Try it-you will like it. Ingredients:
8 ounces elbow macaroni |
1 egg |
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon dried italian seasoning |
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 (14 ounce) jar ragu tomato sauce |
2 ounces pepperoni slices |
Directions:
1. Cook macaroni to package directions; drain. 2. Heat oven to 350°F and grease 12-inch round pizza pan. 3. In bowl, lightly beat egg, stir in macaroni,1/2 cup cheddar cheese, parmesan and seasonings until well mixed. 4. Put mixture in pizza pan and spread evenly. Spoon thin layer of pizza sauce evenly over crust; sprinkle with cheese and top with pepperoni. 5. Bake about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. |
