A lovely salmon Pate' made with canned salmon, combined with cream of mushroom soup, and blended with my herbs and spices, this side is ideal served alone, or used as a tasty companion for veggie sticks, even potato chips! Read more ! Ingredients:
1 213 g can of red pacific salmon, well drained |
1/2 cup chopped red onion |
1/4 cup finely chopped chives |
1 10-oz can campbell's cream of mushroom soup |
3 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley |
1 tsp lemon zest |
juice of 1/2 lemon |
3 tbsp chopped celery leaf |
1 tbsp rice flour |
Directions:
1. Combine: 2. onions 3. chives 4. parsley 5. lemon zest 6. lemon juice 7. celery leaf 8. salmon 9. soup 10. Mix well, and add the rice flour 11. grind well with immersion blender or food processor until smooth. 12. Chill until the pate' has set, and you're ready to serve it. |
