Elaines Healthy Salmon Tortilla Wraps

Atlantic salmon, so high in Omega 3 - with onions, lemon, and a surprise ingredient - make this a lunch or light dinner delight! The whole wheat tortilla makes this even healthier!
Ingredients:
1 can red salmon
butter for spreading
1 whole lemon, peeled and cut thinly into slices
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 baby red onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp zesty italian salad dressing
2 large leaves romaine lettuce, trimmed of center leaf vein
2 10 inch tortillas, whole wheat
Directions:
1. Butter the tortillas
2. Add to the salmon:
3. the onions
4. the salad dressing
5. Combine well.
6. Spread the salmon over the tortilla, leaving about 1 inch free space around the edges. This makes it easier to roll, and eliminates spillover.
7. Now, add three thin slices of fresh lemon
8. Add the trimmed Romaine lettuce
9. Roll the tortilla into a neat, tight bundle.
10. Refrigerate until ready to use, or serve immediately.
