it has the taste of a chicken pot pie but its much healthier. note that all the vegtables are roasted with spray on olive oil and pepper, so theres really not that much chicken i just wanted to add some calories to count for the roasting.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped winter squash
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/4 cup peas
1/10 cup red peppers
1 cup chopped chicken breast
1/4 cup gravy
Directions:
1. roast squash, carrots and red peppers with spray olive oil and pepper seperately.
2. cook peas as you would in the microwave
3. cook a chicken breat and chop it up
4. add 1/4 cup of jarred gravy
5. mix it all together and heat it up and volia
6. (add any spices that you want)
