2 eggs |
pinch of salt |
1 cup sugar |
3 tbsp shortening |
3 mashed bananas |
1 tsp baking soda |
3 tsp water |
2 tsp baking powder |
2 cups flour |
Directions:
1. Cream together 2. 2 eggs 3. pinch of salt 4. 1 cup sugar 5. 3 tbsp shortening 6. Add remaining ingredients, and mix well. 7. Pour batter into greased and floured cake pan 8. bake 45 min to 1 hour in a slow oven- 300 - 325*F |
