Taken on It looks so special. It needs pampero especial rum, which is a dark rum. So I guess any dark rum would be ok. That's what I'll do. Ingredients:
1 ounce pampero especial rum or 1 ounce dark rum |
raw brown sugar (one handful) |
ground coffee (one handful) |
1 slice lime |
Directions:
1. Put 1 ounce of the rum in a shot glass.
2. Dip one side of the lime in brown sugar. Dip the other side in ground coffee.
3. Bite the lime, then sipe Especial rum neat.
