Like most tropical drinks made with rum and originating in Puerto Rico, this is a refreshing and slightly intoxicating (hee, hee) beverage. Ingredients:
1 ounce light rum |
1/2 ounce amaretto |
1/2 ounce cointreau liqueur |
1/2 ounce pineapple juice |
Directions:
1. In cocktail shaker, pour ingredients over ice, shake and serve in a tall glass. Garnish with pineapple or orange slice if available. |
