This comes pretty close to recreating the taste of El Azteco's (in lansing, mi) wonderful cheese dip! Ingredients:
1 cup cottage cheese |
1/2 cup sour cream |
2 ounces monterey jack cheese, grated |
2 ounces muenster cheese, grated |
fresh garlic, crushed |
2 jalapeno peppers, minced |
2 tablespoons minced green onion |
tortilla chips |
Directions:
1. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream and cheeses 2. Add garlic, peppers and green onion; mix well. 3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend. 4. Serve with tortilla chips. |
