Handley United Methodist Church 1998 Cookbook Ingredients:
1 lb green beans |
1 small onion, chopped |
1 garlic clove, chopped |
1 (15 ounce) can rotel tomatoes |
1 tablespoon chili powder |
1 teaspoon garlic salt |
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg |
1 slice bacon |
Directions:
1. Fry bacon in heavy skillet, add onions and garlic, simmer till soft. 2. Add green beans, Rotel and seasonings. 3. Simmer 30 minutes. |
