Ingredients:
1 egg slightly beaten |
1/2 cup(s) milk |
1 teaspoon(s) worchestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 dash(es) pepper |
1/2 teaspoon(s) dry mustard |
3 slice(s) bread cubed |
1 pound(s) ground beef |
2 tablespoon(s) onion minced |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325. 2. Combine egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, mustard with bread crumbs and let sit 5 minutes. 3. Add beef and onions, mix well. 4. Put into loaf pan. 5. Shape wedge down center of loaf and spread ketchup in wedge while baking. 6. Bake 50 minutes or longer if desired. 7. If doubling add 1 pound ground pork rather than a second pound of beef. |
