Ingredients:
1/2 cup(s) butter |
7 ounce(s) can of diced green chilis |
2 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese |
2 cup(s) shredded jack cheese |
3/4 teaspoon(s) salt |
2 cup(s) milk |
1 cup(s) bisquick |
3 eggs |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in 13 X 9 baking pan. Spread chilies over melted butter. Cover butter and chilies with the shredded cheeses. In a bowl, blend eggs, milk and Bisquick; pour mixture over the cheese. Bake at 350 for 35 - 40 minutes or until golden brown. |
