From the City Times newspaper. Ingredients:
300 g gluten rice, soaked in water |
50 g dates |
50 g pine nuts |
50 g walnuts |
50 g almonds, blanched |
50 g raisins |
50 g dried apricots |
30 ml cooking oil |
30 g honey |
120 g sugar |
25 g cornflour |
water, as required |
Directions:
1. Cook the rice with water and sugar. 2. Mix the nuts into the cooked rice. 3. Toss with honey and cooking oil and serve. |
