Ingredients:
1 can(s) 8 1/4 oz refried beans |
1 container(s) 8 oz. sour cream |
2 tablespoon(s) chopped ripe olives |
1/4 cup(s) green onions, sliced |
2 medium tomatoes, chopped |
1 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese |
1 cup(s) shredded lettuce |
1/4 cup(s) taco sauce |
tortilla chips |
Directions:
1. Stir together beans and taco sauce. Arrange lettuce on a 12" platter, leaving a 2" open rim at edge of platter. Spread bean mixture over lettuce, making a layer about 1/4" thick. Then layer sour cream. Top with cheese, onion, and olives. Cover and chill up to 24 hours. Before serving, arrange tomatoes on top. Arrange the chips on a platter around spread. |
