Im nt sure if there is a recipe already here which is similar or exactly the same, but i couldn't find anything, so i thought id share my favourite breakfast, which usually takes under 10 mins :) Ingredients:
4 slices of bread |
2 eggs |
4 tablespoons of milk |
salt to taste |
pepper to taste |
cheese |
bacon (optional) |
2-3 tomatoes (optional) |
Directions:
1. Mix 2 eggs with about 12ml of milk 2. take the bread and cheese and make a cheese sandwich (grated cheese works better) 3. put the pan on a very low heat and add oil 4. when the pan is hot enough take it off the heat 5. put the cheese sandwich in the eggy milky mixture, make sure its drenched 6. put the sandwich in the pan (if the pan is hot enough you might see some of the egg mixture turning white) 7. give it a few seconds and return it to the heat (from experience even with expensive pans it tends to stick if you put directly on even low heat) 8. cook until both sides are golden brown and the cheese inside is melted 9. add salt and pepper and enjoy 10. in addition ive tried adding grilled tomatoes and bacon which makes it even more tasty :) |
