Ingredients:
6 hard-boiled eggs, split longways
2 tablespoons chopped chives
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoon capers
2 bunches watercress
2 tablespoons beluga caviar
Directions:
1. Remove the yolks from hard-boiled eggs and mash with sour cream. Fold in chives and capers and spoon back into egg halves. Garnish with caviar and watercress and serve.
