Eggs: Turkey Cheese Omelet |

Used deli-sliced smoked turkey, and yellow bell pepper. Ingredients:
1/2 ounce turkey breast, shredded |
1 egg |
1 tablespoon bell pepper |
1/4 tsp canola oil |
1/2 ounce low fat cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. Wipe non-stick skillet with 1/4 tsp canola oil. Heat over medium heat. 2. Cook turkey breast and bell pepper in oil until slightly browning. Reduce heat to low. 3. Beat egg well, and pour over turkey. Stir quickly, then let set, covered, for 1-2 minutes. 4. Before totally done, sprinkle with the cheese, re-cover, and let cheese melt. |
