Filling, tasty and easy breakfast. Ingredients:
2 potatoes |
1/4 cup onion, chopped |
2 teaspoons butter |
1 cup egg beaters egg substitute |
parsley |
garlic powder |
salt |
pepper |
1/4 cup cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. Cook potatoes and onions in frying pan with butter until done. 2. Set aside in a covered bowl while making eggs. 3. Scramble Egg Beaters, parsley, garlic powder, salt and pepper. 4. Place 1/3 Potato mixture on plate. 5. Sprinkle cheese over potatoes. 6. Place eggs on top of cheese. 7. Serve with fruit salad. |
