Great for lunch or a light snack. Must like olives and eggs alot. Ingredients:
1 teaspoon margarine |
2 large eggs |
5 pimento stuffed olives (sliced) |
1 tablespoon parsley (chopped) |
1 slice toasted bread |
salt |
Directions:
1. Melt margarine in large skillet. 2. Drop in unbeaten eggs and cook until whites are partially set. 3. Stir until whites are set. 4. Salt to taste. 5. Remove from stove and add sliced olives. 6. Serve on Toast. 7. Garnish with parsley. |
